As a comment in this blog, a guest by the name of Sigrun Grimnirsdottir said: "Stop looking for boogeymen in other religions, and take care of the pedophile priests and money-launderers in your own midst first." http://ajdrew.blogs.pagannation.com/2008/03/18/hellstorm-coven-convicted-of-murder/ If the article had been written by Catholics who had ignored the scandal in their own church, I might not think it out of place. However, this was an article written by a member of the pagan community and responded to by members of the pagan community concerning issues within the pagan community. I believe the comments by Sigrum Grimnirdotir accurately reflect the problem. Instead of recognizing that the conversation is pagan folk talking about problems within the pagan community, he assumes that it was Christian folk addressing a problem within the pagan community. Raven Grimassi & Christopher Penczack befriend the Frosts

A friend of a friend promotes Child Molestation Someone at Pagan Nation wrote me to share a story about an experience with Frost supporters. She reports that someone from Arkansas asked her to be a friend over at Myspace.com. She checked the young gentleman’s profile out to discover one of his friends was an Arkansas based group called Children of the Night. On their list of favorite authors were, Gavin and Yvonne Frost. Back to the Hospital for me.

I am on my way to the hospital again, ordered more by the Harpies than the doctors. Yes, the doctors told the Harpies (wife and mother) to get me to the ER, but I listen to the Harpies more than the doctors so I am going to blame it on them. The thing is, it is my little girl’s 4th birthday. So what’s wrong? Same old same; pancreas and liver are failing. At least that is what the doctors think. The tests at the hospital will tell for sure. Basically, I have the same symptoms I had the last time I was admitted and one of the drugs I am on causes it to happen. Knives that I like

I have been very sick for many months. Details do not matter much. What is important, well to me and mine anyway, is that I am recovering. I am now on insulin (great help) and I am one operation away from being able to use my upper body properly again. Over the months that I have been out of it, I have managed to get some work done. But mostly, I have looked at what other people are doing. I thought I would share with people who follow my blog some of the knives I have found that I think sum up the type of things I like to do. The Hundred Dollar Knife

The Hundred Dollar Knife I am packed and ready for the Viking Festival. Some of the proudest pieces I have this year are 6 little pattern welded bodice / sock knives. Pattern welded steel is what most people are referring to when they use the word Damascus. After a quick acid etch, a pattern is visible in the steel formed by the way the acid acted differently against the different metals fused by forging, folding, and twisting. These little knives have over 100 layers made up of 1050 medium carbon steel, 5160 high carbon spring steel, and a nickel alloy. To folk who know what pattern welded steel is, they are beautiful. I am such a Bastard

If I told you I was a bastard, you would probably disagree. If you knew me better, you would probably agree and maybe even add the word jackass before the word bastard. But I am not talking about my personality here. Instead I am speaking to the marital state of my genetic mother and father at the time of my birth. By definition, I am a bastard and rather proud of it. I adore my parents, the people who adopted and raised me. They are my true mother and father. I don’t much care about the woman who gave birth to me or her sperm donor. So much so that when my genetic sister found me, I was a bit curious about medical concerns but beyond that I found them both far outside of anyone I would like to keep company with. Random happenstance, coincidence, or something else?

Somewhere I once heard that imitation is the purist form of flattery. Below is the cover of my book, A Wiccan Bible. I had wanted the title to be: A Wiccan’s Bible but learned along the way that authors do not get what they want from their publishers unless they make absolute tons of money for the publisher. The book was first published August 2003. In December of 2003 Gavin and Yvonne Frost released A Witches Guide to Psychic Healing with a curiously similar cover. Then, a just slightly a year after the publication of my book, A Wiccan Bible the Frosts released The Solitary Wiccan’s Bible in November of 2004 with what seems to be another very similar cover.       The photos of the Frosts books are not the best.
