NE1 got Ozzy’s number?
November 8, 2007 – 12:12 amOk, so I am a little nutty but I have yet another life goal. I have decided I want to make a video with Ozzy Osbourne and his Black Sabbath song Iron Man.

The video would be of a person forging a full suit of armor and weapons to go with the armor. Maybe a reality TV show based on the forging of the armor and how a year of work was compressed into a three minute video.
On the other hand, maybe I will just listen to it on my stereo while I am forging.

This brightened my day. Makes me remember, with love, two things.
one, being about 4 years old and wearing a homemade armor of God in front of the church because I was an example of a good kid, exhibiting in my behavior and attitude, the traits spoken of in the scripture. (”Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. The other memory is of my second daughter, Mallori. When she was wee, she used to walk around singing “Iron Man” and then would make speeches about feeling sorry for him because the people were mean and bad. LOL

Joki_K - Maybe we shouldn’t tell Ozzy that one of his Black Sabbath tunes reminds you of church. I do not think that is what he was going for.

We did a music video when I was in Broadcasting school. It was real fun to do the story boards, piece together what it was supposed to be, and then see the outcome–I wish that I would have thought about Ozzy back then!! Oh the possibilities!!!
…When you do it, remember that a 3 minute song will be the longest 3 minutes you will ever know!! lol
