Religious Discrimination or Pagan Embarrassment?

Its after midnight and your next door neighbor is screaming while dancing around in her underwear and a T shirt with a set of headphones on her head. She has built a huge bonfire within 10 feet of her house. Would you call the police or figure it was her religious right to violate firecode and noise ordinance?
